Install injectors
Clean the bores out with a bore brush and a vacuum (tape a small piece of hose on the vac nozzle). Make sure the old injectors each have a copper washer stuck to them, if not you gotta dig it out of the bore.
Leave the injector lines loose when you get ready to start it. Crank it until fuel starts shooting out and makes a big mess, then tighten them and try to start it. You will probably have to loosen three, crank again, tighten, loosen the other three, crank, etc. a few times to finally get it lit but it will run eventually.
A snort of ether is a good short-cut as long as you disable the intake heater grids.
