Inside Front Tire Wear

Hey guys!
So is inside tire wear most likely a worn kingpin?

Yes, just the left front. That's wht I was kinda thinking king pin. I'm going to put a new set of tires on and don't want to waste them!

Note: I do have a broken spring pack in the left front. The pin that goed down through the middle is sheared. There doesn't seem to be a lean to the truck though....

Just curious, did you get it aligned after you replaced the kingpins?
