injector questions

I was wondering if anyone has compared the POD's with the bully dog 50 horse models? And if I have room for bigger injectors. My max egt was 1300 with a stock turbo, but that was before it had a 4in. exhaust. And was also pulling a loaded trailer with it on the floor. The big exhaust helped to cool it down alot, but I haven't towed with it yet.Max now is about 1175-1200 degs..Has anybody put bigger injectors on a rig with a stock turbo?I like smoke and power but I don't like really high egt's.I need more power but still need to be able to pull. What do ya'll think?

see sig. i just pulled 6-7k through the hills on hwy 80 heading towards reno. and i couldnt get it past 1200. the modified intake helps alot.

i want more, im power hungry and will be turning the ecentric up some soon.

oh yeah, mine clears up the smoke great, slight haze at idle when cold. clears up after warm up.
would puff some quick clouds barly if i stopmped the pedal, if i eased down on it to full throttle it stayed relativly clear the whole time.

I have the same intake, right off the turbo. And can run as hot as you with stock injectors.Do you think my 4.10 gears have anything to do with the egt's?It seems the higher it revs the more boost it would make which in turn would cool it off, right?Unless its runnin' at WOT,but its not.

i belive i have 3.58's or what ratio that is. the 4.10 's shouldnt have anything to do with egt's as it will run out of rev's anyways. is your pump tamperd at all?

check my pics, do you just have a K&N with stock box? and corrigated air tube or is it stright piped with no air box(open element). im switching to a BHAF this weekend to see if there is a diff between K&N and a BHAF.

the only think i have done to my pump is turn the fuel screw in 1.25-1.5 turns(it can go more) and advanced the timing a TAD. other wise its all stock.(less stress on it). jiMMy
