Decided to get after one of my injectors with a micrometer and start building a 3D model. Here are the first two parts. Need to come up with some metric wire gauges to gauge the hole sizes and angles.

Have no idea why I'm doing it either, other than it's something I can do while I am too brain dead to do anything else in the evenings.

 

Like I told you before, I can only wish to do that. Have you considered teaching the auto-desk applications? I bet there might be a demand...Mark

 

You wouldn't happen to have a 3D model of our engine I could put into solidworks 2010 would you?
I have been searching for one for some time and haven't found one.

I am starting on the injector and working outward! I can't find one either. Mambers os SAE can get them, but they arent allowed to disseminate.
I will probably start with my 4bt because I have it apart. At least I will be able to use a lot of the major components when I do the 6bt.
