So I've been working on the fuel system on RAE...got the VE pump resealed, new fuel heater from a 2nd gen, piston lift pump....etc. So I'm buttoning things up today and go to grab the old diaphragm lift pump to get the fitting off of it to attach my fuel line...and I can't find the darn thing!!

I have looked high and low, front to back, around by spacious single car garage, and average size suburbia lot, and can't find it anywhere....I can't finish up until I have this darn fitting!!

Sorry I just needed to rant....

Look in the bed of the truck or in a toolbox drawer that got pushed shut. Good luck & have fun, gotta have fun!

Still can't find it....I think it must have gone into the garbage by accident. I recall bundling it up in rags to soak the fuel, and then when I emptied the rag bucket into the garbage it might have gone in as well.....

I've managed to make something work for now, should be good enough to get things running.
