idle/full throttle probs

Hey guys, I have my pump turned up the point where I took my idle screw out and it just sits against the pump for the low idle stop. I can turn my pump up more, but how do I get my idle lower? Bend the tab on the throttle shaft bracket to allow more travel? Im also have trouble getting full throttle travel on the pump with this setup with the other stop completetly backed off? Any ideas? Thanks

Re-index the throttle bracket on the shaft.

Yes, just like when you did the spring.
