Idle
The idle screw is kinda hidden behind the pump and hard to get to it. I used a small sharp punch to loosen the jam nut on the idle screw then a pair of extra long needle nose pliers to turn the screw with. It's not a easy task but very doable. If your pump has had the timing bumped to the head the degree of difficulty goes up. If you don't know where the screw is watch the throttle lever "the part on the pump" as you move it and you will see a tab on the back side that bumps the screw when you release the throttle arm. Clear as mud? Goos luck with it.
