I need a new water pump, have ? or 2

Is there anything special that I need to be concerned about when changing the WP? It looks pretty straight forward, but just thought I'd ask. I found coolant leaking from the bottom of the pump....can't complain she's got over 240,000+ on her.

nothing to be concerned about changing the water pump. just pull the belt off, bolt the new pump in place and put the belt back on.

That is what I was hoping.....but with my luck I'd get started and it be a two day job.
