Ok now paint mine.

Looks good man. I was thinking of painting the Valve Covers silver and yours look nice so maybe I will now.

Well, they aren't silver. Lets just say, um, well, how do I put it? I used spray-on Chrome

Ok, now it is time to go hide in the closet!

Nice color on that Cummins. Looks like "Cummins Beige" to me. They put the color on the bigger industrial engines. A friend of mine wants to paint his the same color when the engine finally craps out way down the road. I believe Cummins also paints their blocks/heads a dark and bright red color. cool

Colors are:

Grey Primer~ High Temp Engine
Cummins Beige~ High Temp Engine
Gloss Black~ High Temp Engine
Chrome~ Spray on Stuff

All were rattle can. I gave everything 2 coats. Cost me about $25 total.

i like the beige it looks like a big truck motor the valve covers look good for spray on haha they really do i couldn't tell by the pics. i just took mine off and stripped them with spray stripper and polished them with a wire wheel and then my flitz ball they made my engine compartment look alot better but a ton of work ps. i would kentucky chrome my intake manifold cover and elbow but thats me it looks great
