I/C and non-I/C difference in PS pump?

What if any is the difference between the ps pump on a I/C CTD compared to an I/C one? The parts stores seem to list two different ones.

And yes, I appears that my ps just up and quit. My dad talked to one of the seasoned techs at the dealership and his thoughts are that the pump went out. Oh well.... Dad said he'll cover the pump for me.
