Yeah it will, but not as easily. On a 24v turbo the waste gate actuator bolts to the compressor housing and runs right where the oil drain needs to be. If you are going to run a 16 or 18.5 hot side, you can just remove it. If you want to be WG'd I'd look for a 12v one.
Also the "elbow" is one piece to the WG cover. So you'll have to buy the old style backing plate to run a 1st gen down pipe.
What year 24v? I have heard that the some of the early ones had the 12v style. All 24v's I have seen had the new style.
