Could some of you check this post from the 12v section

Replace the "O" ring, replace the broken screw, put it back together and you should be fine.
I had that "O" ring fail while working in Kalif. and ended up getting a reman pump because I didn't know better. Now I know better.

Thanks, I think I'm goin to do just that. Everything was running great before this happened and I'm not looking to turn up the pump from stock settings.

Whenever I mess with anything like that, I use plenty of anti-sieze on anything that could possibly sieze or corrode, especially wherever steel bolts go into or through aluminum.
