hx35 question

is 150 bucks a good price for a used hx35 that is in workin condition? i get the turbo, the intercooler elbow not that i need it because my trucks not intercooled, the 12cm wastegated housing, all the hosing and barbs for the wastegate, and the cast iron 90 on the exhaust housing of the turbo. I also get a 2nd gen 4 inch downpipe that i hear will work with it. whatta yall think? the only thing i need is the silicone boot to go to the intake horn and i should be good to go.

I paid 265 for an HX with 20k on it. So i would say that is a very good deal so long as the turbo is good.
