how was it before the upgrade?? perhaps one of the intercooler boots are not hooked up right creating a boost leak.

did you get the wheel tourqed right? seal on the compressor good and v-band tight?

over fueled at low boost causing the turbo to spool slow?

i have had my afc tuned loose as in not much afc spring tenstion and then raised the tenstion and if seemed better.

no v-band it is a HX35 18cm with snap ring I have no problem the way it runs I will go out this morning & due some more tuning. also boost is not low made 40# last time i ran it not even at full throttle. I had a 12 cmW on it & it made 45# boost but EGT was very warm very fast I switched to 18cm because i pull 15k with the truck
