So the hx35w (on a 24v UPS wreck) at the junk yard can't be sold without the engine and he siad he was going to put it on a combine or some kind of ag equipment.

So the though: Tell him i will give him some cash and my housing for his12cm w/g housing.

So how do I get him to understand he "needs" the 18 cm housing and that the w/g is pointless on a continuos duty engine.

I only have 22 days until I go off to York College and would like this stuff done.

 

Tell him that the wastegate is useless on a continous duty engine and he would be gaining money at no sacrifice to performance if he were to let you trade housings?
