How much should I bump the timing with the mods I have? I'm thinking about an 1/8".

 

1/8 is a good starting point, try it and see if you like it. I have had mine all over from 1/8 to flat against the intake. I now run it at about a flat index finger space from the intake, whatever that is, as my new pump has no timing mark.
