How much boost are you getting from a stock H1C

My dad's gets 15PSI and mine after fiddling with the pump gets 23 to 25 PSI. That's what the gauge says anyway.

I got 21 PSI with my '90 12V with stock fueling and just a Cooler Tubz crossover.
After turning the fuel screw 1 3/4 turns I got 32 PSI.
I backed it off 1/4 turn and now get 30 PSI.

I started stock around 18 and pulled it out when I was fueling it to 33.
