H1C, in stock form will have a non-WG exhaust housing. You should have the 18.5cm. The boost will depend on fueling. When I had the 18.5 it would get right up to about 37-39 psi, untill the IP used more than the LP had to offer.

Yes, it has the fuel screw maxed and 370 injectors.

Also I forgot to mention that anything over 28 psi is usaully considered hot air from a H1C. You have the baby H1C with 3" air inlet?

I am probably lucky the compressor wheel didn't flay apart.

ok im just gonna get a boost gauge to determine where i am at. The truck rips pretty good right now with a little lag but the gearing makes up for that and then its screaming. Still more smoke and more power would be great. surprisingly my turbo doesn't have much shaft play if any at 208 thousand miles

I can't get more than 20psi out of mine and is spins good in free with very little play.... I need to look at the taper pin to see if the fuel pin is moving on it. I heard they can stick sometimes? I can only get smoke untill boost builds, then the boost drops a little and no smoke (taper pin rotated 120*, fuel screw in, I'm not sure what the PO did to the star wheel.)

When i had my stock turbo on I hit 37-39 psi regularly. Hot air for sure tho.
Just turned in my power screw a couple turns. Stock non i/c injectors.

With good clean oil, meaning regular oil changes etc. it'll last as you have proven. It's when you get crazy over boosting them that you'll snarf the wheels on them. I worry about that now, no I/C and 35lbs boost it asking for it...

What air to water cooler are you running? A factory one or aftermarket?
