Ha ha you might just get lucky with that one! I've had mine on over 2 years and drive my tuck almost everyday and haven't gotten any crap about it at all. Im in a small town though so they could care less unless I draw attention to myself.

I bet its pretty loud in the cab being a really short stack like that, long trips will be fun how big is the flame at night?

What a great Idea, having that come up through the hood.


I bet that you have a small stainless grille that sits over the top of it, so that when you're tailgating @ the local car show, you can cook hamburgers and hot dogs on the grille placed on the stack.


Awesome Idea. Now you need a kegerator sticking out of the side of the bed !

it really is quite there really isn't any noise in the cab now ....and i couldnt believe that the smoke barely hits the windsheild....i love it....all i used was my old downpipe off of my first diesel i owned....and i left my old exhaust there just incase i do get pulled over i can just unclamp and reclamp my old exhaust

I am sure you already know this....but its illegal in PA.

Maybe put or build in a cut off piece that you could transfer to the stack when needed or just have the regular exhaust also. Would be easy to do and if you ever did get pulled over, you can say that the hood stack is just for show.

lol not that i know of ....this truck doesn't smoke anywhere near as much as my ol 93 did...everyone can agree with that right faith?
