HELP wiring

HAVE TO LEAVE TOWN FOR WORK ASAP.

ok my dimmer switch melted and fused everything together.

ive re wired according too the wiring diagram foud in the sticky.....i think

can someone who has a manual confirm the colors..
as they dont seam to match my truck

dimmer sw.-wire colors
B2 -LB
U -BK/LB
B1 -RD
P - LG/BK
R -BK/YL
I -TN
H -LG
D -YL
B2 -PK/RD

i dont seam to have a pink red,solid yellow,TN?(tan?),or solid red

the big red wire i assume shoild be solid but it has white strip

Glad that you got it figured out.

Were I in the same situation, I would sieze the opportunity to dis-connect all that silly column-mounted mess and completely rewire the lights in a no-nonsense fashion.

A fused HOT wire to a heavy-duty head-light switch, from there to a floor-mounted dimmer, and the two wires from that to the headlights.

By using 10-AWG wire from HOT to the dimmer and 12-AWG wire from the dimmer to the head-lights, plus a genuine heavy-duty switch, no relay confusion would be needed to have full voltage at the lights.
