Ok having a few issues with my truck. First problem is it started hazing I have not changed anything since it started doing it. It does it when the engine is cold until it gets to operating temp then it is kind of off and on after that. It also shakes under full throttle at any speed but is worse uphill. The last issue is the all the lights on and in the truck pulse really fast all the time but the voltage gauge stays steady.

 

sounds like water in your fuel filter..

 

The hazing and smoking sound like an air leak in the suction side of the fuel system. The electrical trouble sounds like a bad body ground (between the battery and the core support).
