Hey guys.....my truck has been chugging bad.....it's worse in the morning at idle but then it kinda clears up but from off idle to around 1500 she sputters pretty bad and you can feel the loss of power but once it gets over 1500 or so it runs like a beast......I've put 2 different filters on it....but no change....any ideas

im sure you checked fuel flow volume, crack each injector while running to see if its staggering on one cylinder or more.

Sounds like you need to pull your injection nozzles out and have them checked as long as you confirmed your fuel supply to the injection pump.

How much pressure should the lift pump be putting out and can I tee in a vacuum and fuel pressure guage to check it.......usually when my lift pump goes out it will die at idle or when stopping fast......it idles fine......but thos thing does have over 600,000

Try disconnecting the KSB. I can not run mine with the M/H timing spacer....tosses way too much timing in while the KSB is running, and I have all kinds of issues.

I also had the air temp sensor start to go out on me and would cause the KSB to stay on at random times, and eventually all the time, and with the M/H spacer I had lots of random issues.
