Hello Everyone
Well, i just traded my 1997 chevy silverado for a 1993 Ext cab 250 LE diesel. I have always wanted one(Cummins) and finally found one! Anyway, i am looking for basic upgrades for power. It has a banks wastegate actuator and guages, thats about it. It has 200k on the clock which i know isnt much for one of these. it also has had a new injector pump on it, or i assume(it is cummins beige and not black, also much cleaner than the rest of the engine. ANyway, i just wanted to say hi

I just added a boost controller which was the best $8 I ever spent on my truck.

Have a look thru the stickynotes at the top of the forum first, partly to pick up the lingo and partly to help decide what to do first.
My recommendation is to put gages on first - tach, pyro for exhaust gas temp, and boost (and trans temp if you have an auto). Then you'll know what the other mods you do really do to the truck. I see you have gauges, but don't know which ones until you fill in the sig.
