It seems as if the cable between the blend door and slider is not setup correctly or something. The slider does not have full range of motion and will not move all the way to the cool side with the cable connected.

 

Pop out your glove box and adjust it. Likely junk in your hvac box blocking the door and caused the cable to slip in the hold down

 

This Mine was completely full of oak leaves.
