Headlight problem...

Every once in awhile when I start the truck, when I pull the headlight switch out, everything comes on but the headlights. I usually flick the high beam stalk and they come on. The other day coming home on the highway, i noticed that they were flickering between sorta dim and then full brightness. At one point I lost them all together. I flicked the high beams on, but now the highs stay on when the lights are on. No matter how many times I click the stalk, nothing happens. Any ideas??

Hey there,

Same thing happened to me. I tried replacing the switch and it still did the same thing. I ended up wiring my marker lights onto a toggle switch and the headlights on another toggle. Everything has worked fine after that.

A new multifunction switch (turn signal etc.) should fix it.
