i can only hit 20# but that's stock intake, stock exhaust, and 1 turn of the fuel screw.

Right now I only get about 21. (If only I could get that dang fuel screw in farther... ) Above about 25 psi they start making hot air (in stock form).

You can get just about any boost #'s you want, as boost is (more or less) just an indication of how much fuel you're putting through the engine. Want 30 psi? Add fuel till you get it. Want more? Well, you get it. Your exhaust housing also has something to do with it. I look at the exhaust housing as a lever. A skinny guy (like me ) needs a big cheater bar to break loose the lugs on his truck. Now, with limited strength, I can do the same job as a bigger man that only has a 1/4'' rachet. The 12cm housing is a BIG cheater bar. Even with just a little fuel (skinny arms) a 12cm will spool up nicely. A 21cm housing is like the 1/4'' rachet---you gotta have a lot of fuel to spin up that big housing and a big arm to break lugs loose with a 1/4'' rachet! Right now, I have the wastegate on my 12cm set at 32psi, but I'm fueling hard enough at WOT that boost just keeps going up---especially at high revs. Most of that extra boost is super hot air, not increased volume, in my case. Hope this helps a bit.

Sounds about right for being non-intercooled and having POD's. With my little h1c/18, pod's and no IC, I'd hit 40psi often. Which anything over 25psi I'd say for the nonIC'd h1c is nothing but hot air. Time for more air.
