governor control on the pump

me and my brother are going to pull my 14mm pump of we built and mess with the governor control, ive tried to find where the best place to set it is but i cant find anything. any recommendations?

ya there is a nut and a torx that control the governor via the shaft. where do you set this. do you run the torx in or out to get more fuel?

From what I understand you can't ajust it. You have to leave it stock.
