I have seen this done before on a '92/'93 dually. IIRC he installed the 2nd rad., fan shroud and intercooler. I see his truck at the Carlisle Mopar show almost every year.

Yes, several 91.5-93 swaps out there to review.

But much like the 2ndgen intercooler is easier to fit on the non-IC or gas... looks like the same goes for the rad.
