got back into a diesel

Hey, I just bought another diesel only this time its a 4x4. I bought a 92 club cab 4x4 auto, pw, pl, pm, cruise, and ac. body is really rough and the wiring is hacked in the rear because they put a homemade flat bed on it. 199k miles on it. question is i need to rebuild the slip yoke for the front drive shaft and wondering where i can get parts. also wondering it looks like the front front spring hangers were supposed to be bolted on but they welded them is that going to hurt anything??? also i paid 3grand for it i didn't think it was a bad deal just wondering what everyone else thought. I don't have pictures of it yet but i'll get some soon.

Seems like a lot of money to me mine was 3000 with just over a hundred thousand miles on it. The body was straight and rust free and has all the same options except 4x4.

Probably the one lol... i was on the fence with this one, It was alot rougher than what he disclosed over the phone if it wouldn't have been for dragging my buddy 5 hours and getting a hotel that and having most of the pieces that it needed i probably would of backed out, Figured if all else fails i'll part it out... plans are right now converting it to a crew cab short bed. also just got off the phone with my brother and he may be selling his 92 cummins auto 2wd 350k miles for 1500 to me, figured it would be a good back up engine.
