getrag question

I am wordering what are the two sensors on my getrag? there is one at the front top half of the tranny and one at the back half of the tranny? the reason i ask is im having trouble getting my brake lights and speedodmeter to work. I replaced the abs speed sensor on the rear end and it didnt fix the problem, also i unplugged the sensor at the front top half of the getrag and jumpperd the plug and my brake lights came on, but they stay on all the time?? any clues?

i didnt find it there BILTIT, i have found several online at napa and rock auto, but none say if its for a auto or manual..... also i have heard that if your pcm is bad then the speedo wont work, so i tried grounding the black/blue wire going to the speed sensor and it still doesnt work, so does anyone have a clue on where to get a speed sensor for a manual getrag??

I am assuming that you have a 2wd, because the speed sensor on my 4x4 is on the TC. I wonder if the sensor is the same? I don't know, just a thought...Mark

I found a speed sensor for our trucks on Ebay, just search dodge ram speed sensor and it comes up. The interesting thing is that it apples to many different trucks, even both 2x2 and 4x4. I hope this is it...Mark
