Having problems with my gauges, spedometer doesn't work, while idling it bounces around. Oil pressure gauge jumps back and forth slowly. Engine temperature bounces back and forth the same way. Also having problems when shifting into third, it grinds shifting down and then up. Also the starter doesn't like to turn, sometimes it takes serveral tries before it turns over, it just clicks. Sometimes I have to use a screwdriver to jump the connections. Anyone who has advice on this, would be greatly appriciated.

Check ALL of the grounds very good for looseness or corrosion, that is going to be the best and easiest place to start and I believe that you will find a bad ground somewhere.
