G Series Turbo

Looking for opinions or if anyone else is looking to try a new Garrett G series turbo on there First Gen. . The G30 -770 looks like very promising replacement for a s362sxe. I am well aware it is over double the price, but even though I love the power of the s362 it is too laggy for me. The g30-770 flows only 3 lbs/min less but has a significantly smaller, lighter, and more heat resistant turbine. I am speculating this would spool much faster yet provide nearly the same overall power the s362sxe does.

Take a look at the example about 1/4 way down the page.

40 HP gain at 1700 RPM - In my opinion, this will be more of a gain than a Garrett turbo. Take more work, but half the cost along will some other benefits.

Edit:

I see you have a 14 cm housing - Why not swap to a 12? 14 is a poor fit on a VE pumped 12 valve from what I have read. A 12 cm housing would be a very noticeable improvement...
