Well if the single cab isn't working for you, then maybe see if you can pick up an extended cab truck, with or without drive train. Then you can decide if you want to part out your single cab.

well I went and played around with it sat. and I kinda relized that I wont drive it. When we found out we were having a baby, I bought an 01 ex cab chevy. When I went to work after i got laid off, they gave me an work truck that I drive most of te time. Took the Dodge out to the farm, it really has sat out there a year and a half. I'm thinking of pulling out the Cummins, and redoing it in the barn this winter, saving it for a later project.

When my truck rots around that motor I'd love to get a 78ish F250 and stick the motor in. That'd be the cat's PJs.

id trade it for something you want... get on craigslist and people are trying to trade some good stuff for a cummins. you can always buy a donor engine later if a project comes along.

You should sell it. You probably won't have the time to do what you want to do with it when your child arrives.

I don't drive mine much anymore either, maybe 200 miles a month. It just sits unless I was it or need to tow something. With all the idiots driving diesels now, I do not feel very comfortable driving it.

I looked at your photo gallery. If you part it out, let us know. I'm over in Springtown and could use a bunch of stuff off the body of the truck.

The Head knows how to be Debbie Downer....with all the Prius's drivin around I am driving the hell out of mine cause the government is gonna out law these pigs and all the smoke we blow and aliens are gonna come down and make us drive Prius's & smart cars...on a happier note...keep it. Or pull the motor....maybe save it for a project to do with your kid...
P.S. I am one of those idiots driving a diesel around

the cummins is the best thing to have ever happened to light trucks. and there will always be a place for dirty diesels, h**l there are still people lookin for 390s and 460s.

personally id keep it, money in the bank for later. one day the other truck wont start
