Yeah they did. I had to kinda force my way past the phone salesman to get to a manager, I left him a voicemail and he got back to me. I ended up explaining it all to him. I sent him all the receipts and a detailed explanation of the situation and I got all of my money back. The whole thing was a dang pain but at least they addressed their mistake.

 

Yup, that ended up being good customer care. My strategy in those types of cases is to try to move up the ladder to somebody that is not used to dealing directly with customers.Usually, if I get to that person,I get satisfaction...Mark
