Fuel return fitting disconnect fit
I'm having a fit trying to disconnect the fitting! Is a special tool required to remove this? This is in my 93 1str Gen.
It's interesting that the fuel supply line does NOT have that kind of fitting, it's a rubber hose clamped over the barb and connected over the OEM hard platic line; I'm sure the previous owner got ****** at these fittings and cut it off !#$!@&#!

You should be able to push in on the two tabs and pull them apart....they may be contaimenated with dirt....try cleaning them up some....dirt seems to stop the tabs from going all the way in !

I drove a log up under the engine house on mine one time and broke the return line fitting so I repaired it with tubing and hose clamps. Those fittings are probably costly.
