fuel pump leak

I have leak from the top of my pump when cold. when I disconnect the KSB the leak is less. this only happens in the morning after all warms up no leak. Is there a crush washer under the bolt? also is there a special tool needed to tighten the circled nut.

Thanks Jim

Jim Lane wrote up an awesome thread on fixing that leak. It's in the sticky now.

anyone know how to tighten the circled bolt in the picture? fuel comes from the ksb and enters the pump toward the front. I found some threads on fixing the leak on the throttle but not here.
