fuel pressure change

Hey all,

My fuel pressure gauge was dropping from 7-8 psi to 4-5 psi at wide open throttle sitting in the driveway. Then I removed the injectors, had them pop tested, and reinstalled them. Now the fuel pressure stays higher sitting in the driveway even at high throttle. What could explain the difference? Is it possible one of the injectors was hanging or not sealing correctly? No changes to the low pressure side of the pump were made.

I find that when the system is opened, you get an air bubble in the gauge line and for some reason that makes the gauge read high for a day or two. I bet it will settle down soon.

Will see - the electric sending unit is currently threaded directly into a 45 elbow which is threaded directly into Geno's hollowed out banjo bolt.
