fuel pin leaking??????

my fuel pin has been leaking for a while now and sometimes i leave it sitting over night and try to start it it takes forever to start ,,,then sometimes it fires right up,,,could it be losing its prime because of the leak,,,im going to down it and change a lot of stuff and catch up on some maintanance ive let go,,,its just my only ride till i get the front clip back on my old ford,,,,any help would be appreciated,,,thanks guys

Is the leak at the rear of the pump? If so I may be able help.

its at the back and it comes from a little rubber cover with a tip sticking down,they told me it was the fuel pin and i checked the sticky they had some great pictures and step by steps,,but i was just wandering if it would cause it to be hard to start in the mornings,,or if it could damage anything if i drive it a little while longer...if you can help i would appreciate it.....
