front suspension mounts
How do you spread the mounts for the lower control arms so you can slide the control arms in without having to do a lot of prying and feneggeling?

When I had my 98, I change mine. It was a few years ago, but I recall that I had to clean things up with a wire wheel. Greased every thing and used a 5 lb hammer to ease them in place.
