Front Leaf Spring Shackles for a 92 W250

The bushings are shot and the leaf springs are sagging on my 92 w250 cc cummins. I was planning on getting a 2.5in leveling kit for it and getting the new bushings with the kit, and some friends and i were looking at the front shackle on the drivers side and its shot. Any ideas on what I can get them off of or where i can source some from?

Get some same thickness plate and make them.very easy and you can extend them a tad for more lift if you so desire

Are you asking for the shackle itself or the bushing? (the one that goes in the frame)

It was me Jim he also needs the front spring mounts on the front of the leaf springs. The bracket that is riveted to the frame is bad.

Yea in that link Jim posted, the long piece is what you weld/bolt to the frame in place of the factory riveted one.

The long one is a Bolt in unit that goes where the OEM ones were riveted in. I have then in stock height,1" lift,2"lift,4" lift ETC.ETC. They also come with the 5/8" grease bolts & poly bushings & grade 8 mounting hardware.

Jim's stuff is top notch, i've used his front to convert my crew cab truck to 4wd prior to deployment and also purchased his rear shackle flip but didnt get to install it prior to leaving.
