Front Crank Seal
So, this dumba$$ managed to fubar the front crank seal. Problem is it is part of the $142 3802820 kit with the wear sleeve and apparently the oil seal ain't available separately. The regular oil seal won't fit over the wear sleeve. Don't install that wear sleeve, just change the depth of the oil seal! I hear of some guys installing 2 oil seals.
Has anyone come up with the larger diameter oil seal all by its lonesome?
I can buy a fleabay knockoff kit for under $30.

That would be the Mahle 48383? Wonder if that wear sleeve is about the same thickness as the Cummins sleeve so I can just use the seal? Worth a try.

It works, there is a proper way to install them.. tells you on that small piece of paper that comes with the product.
Unless you're like someone I know that beats the crank with a metal HAMMER... then goodluck with that!
