Nah, you don't want to deliver it to the turbo, you want it pre intercooler, or post turbo on a non IC truck. The exhaust gasses coming out of the motor are what make the turbo spool faster, not what is going into it. (kinda)
I do not know what kind of reaction that propane will have, tho. I don't fool with that at all, so I am not sure what to tell you. I personally would not spray propane into a truck. Not even a ford...

This is a post motor propane injection so the hot exhaust gasses ignight the propane creating 1300* or so of temperature before the turbo making it spool faster than 400 or even 600* you might normally see right off idle.(i know numbers aren't exacy or maybe not even close)

one more thought i had, overcoming the exhaust gas pressures... depending on how high they are, means it would have to be a high pressure system.... right?
Ok, I guess I'm not thinking propane pressures.
I would not inject it right at the down pipe, I'd go a little further back... Actually, I'd go almost all the way back, and wire in a spark plug...

Plus, if u just want flames... a salvage windshield washer tank, pump and spray nozzle (preferably out of an older car(like say a 72 torino)) go FAR!!! about 10' flames, ask me how i know that
You could just put a hood stack on, those shoot flames, trust me. I've thought about injecting propane after the turbo in the exhaust so that when my turbo lights and shoots the flame out of the hood stack, it would ignite the propane giving me a much bigger flame instead of just a 6" one i have now...

heck no, would never do such a thing to a beauty like my truck. The motor is basically untouched, with 104k its just getting broken in. I am putting a diesel saver system on, thats all as far as propane goes. blowing up the truck comes down the road...

(didn't you have the video of the nos bottle into your intake on the dyno?) ballzy yet awesome!
Idealy i would if i knew every thing else would hold up. The trans is the weak part in my truck, thats why im not going to hotrod it much more than what i got now.
But those work trucks are in for a wake up :-D if i am truely onto something i want rights to this idea
... well maybe just my set-up because ideas cost more to patten :-P

You ever hear of the drag motors running their engines backwords? Intake through the exhaust side and exhaust out the intake side with the fuel timing 740 out?
