Fitment issues with my DE downpipe 2WD

Got my kit today, got the downpipe on but the last bend (on the downpipe itself) is too much. It points up towards the floorpan. The next pipe doesn't even come close to lining up. Any other 2WD guys have this problem? Who should I call? Treasure Valley or Diamond Eye? Thanks

I had a few issues. Can't get the downpipe to stop touching the frame. None of the hangers line up with the pipe. But they all aim generally in the right direction. I'd contact the vendor - the probably sent you the wrong kit.

OK, called DE. They told me that some of the flanges got welded on at the wrong angle. Mine was one of them evidently. They are sending a replacement.

I bought one of the first D.E. kits 2 years ago for my 1980 club cab and I had to do a couple cuts and rewelds to the system. One of them was on the down pipe. It was annoying but I managed and it works great.

Well, I got the replacement downpipe yesterday and it's bent exactly like the first one. I tried it on my other truck and no go on it either. I called them back, explained my situation and they are going to call me back today. I'll let you guys know what they find out. It could be cut and rewelded to fit, but it should fit in the first place!

They have systems for 2wd and 4wd. If you have a "non stock" turbo, break out the welder. I had to "dimple" my down pipe to clear the frame.
