Angry EX- wife got my truck

Well guys one of the worst days ever ex wife failied to pay her loan and my truck was on there for callateral and they picked it up today no chance of gettin back enless i come up with 3500.00 in ten days.

NO i own the truck i had to use it as callateral for a signiture loan when we were married and she stopped payin on the loan for 120 days the bank wanted there money and she said to go get my truck cause she wasn't paying so they did.

It sounds like he put it on a loan of hers when they were still married as collateral, but the loan company (or repo company) doesn't care that they're divorced now.

Edit: It gave me the 60 second timer between posting so I went and read some other threads, then came back and was beaten!

I would contact your attorney and ask why this wasn't taken care of in the divorce. Then tell him to fix it ASAP! Oh and then call your ex and tell her to get bent... I would even look for a bum to pay to urinate on her front porch, just because.

deerslayer has the right idea my lawyer is tryin to make since of it all
i hope things work out we spilt the bills half an half but my truck is gone cause she quit paying why should i suffer .
