Hey 'wanna.....just curious why you suggested setting the nozzles to 275 bar???
I ran some test'ers up that high and it really made the pum work very hard. I suspect that the increase was really 'putting the boots' to the VE.

Thought's, ideas????

pb....

Trying to be funny, probably was a bad idea but Bill jumped right in and called me on it.

I had the shop order the tips for me from Bosch. I gave them my CPL number and the Injector P/N number and they called in and said that I wanted "the bigger nozzles". Pretty simple really. I could probably get you guys a part number if you're interested. Just let me know.
Like I said, it made a very noticeable difference in power and less smoke since my stockers were worn pretty good.

Yes I would like to know the part number. I can compare it to a number I have. Did they install them in the truck for you? If not did they give you adaptor sleeves to use with the new injectors?

Ill get the part number posted tomorrow. I had them pull the injectors, rebuild, and reinstall. The nozzles didn't need adapter sleeves. They were built for these injector models im guessing because it was a direct replacement. Which really surprised me because i didn't know they existed.
