The drivers door had a switch in it for the passenger side door. They are interlocked. You have to get into the diagrams and splice together the wires that went to normally closed contacts in the above said switch.

Like he said, the drivers door harness goes over to about the glove box and plugs into the right hand door. You might be able to modify the harness at that point

I replaced a power window door with a non powerd one, but I moved over all of the parts. It was pretty easy to do, but I needed to buy one of those giant pop rivet tools. With that tool it was real easy to do...Mark

Okay, I'm confused

You replace a door with a differently prepped door, cut Some wires in the original door, then you call the new door a ??

that's like going to the underwear store to buy new jockeys, you pick up a Victoria's secret thong, get it back home and claim that the new undies don't fit, so they must be bad...

Geesh.....

I guess that frequent use of loud horns can alter ones common sense approach to tasks at hand

Let me break it down for you Toxic. I figured out once you unplug the switches on the driver's door then the power is dead to the passenger door. So, I did figure it out. Don't be so confused. Was looking for some help not a bunch of hoopla from You NJ Good Day

I intend to install a 4 bell train horn. I'm tired of people not being able to see 65 feet of double bottom coming at them.
