Diaphram and afc star

So i decided to go into the pump for more power. I turned the Star one maybe to click past 90 degrees CW. I rotated the the diaphram 120ish degrees CW.

So maybe i expected more but all i saw was a 1-2 lbs boost incresase, some smoke under load, and not much else.

Sounds about right. Pull the cone right out of the pump so you can be sure you're setting the profile where you want it. For the most fueling, put the deepest part of the cone (least material) toward the headlights. My opinion on the starwheel is this: run it all the way down, then go drive it. If you like it, you're all set. If it smokes too much, too early, back it out in 90 to 120 degree increments till you're happy

Well you gained some with very little work. There is also the fuel screw that makes a bigger increase but takes a bit more work. The adjustments are free, big power starts to cost money, like turbo and nozzles.
Keep playing with it, its fun.
