Stay away from AAMCO at all cost, they are ripoff artist, brought in a Asian Borg Warner from my Volvo for a free inspection and they took the transmission apart and refused to reassemble it unless I had them do the work.
I made enough commotion they decided that they would reassemble it just for me.
The prices were about $1000.00 higher than private shops charged.

AAMCO is a very expensive alternative and not a route that should be traveled often. T, if you need a quality shop to do the trans for you I opened up in Mt. Holly, or you could talk to Bill about our mutual friend Gene. My father taught Gene and he is very good at what he does.
