running it till you fix it wont hurt, your ground pin might make it worse now the pin goes out farther. grind looks good, no need to grind to deep, the afc lever hits the housing inside at a certian point so grinding to far just lets the pin push farther due to fuel pressure to ride on the fuel cone but you dont get more fuel. just more chance of a leak with a 15 + yr old o ring!

if you look at the wear pattern it doesnt ride up to the deepest part anyway, thats why i ground mine alot at midway between the bottom of the pin to the skinny part. looks simmilar to a denny t pin as far as cut but im sure his can go way deeper due to his not being cut halve way through the other side.

If it's a play truck, when you have the pump apart to repair the fuel leak you should just leave the AFC lever out. That's what I did.

Its his daily driver so I doubt he'd do that.

So Nick what are you EGT's now without an i/c... our egt's on the 91 really went up when we ground the pin. with only 1 turn on the fuel screw.

i see a bit over 1000 degrees. so i wanna take the fuel screw out and take the collar off and put it in as far as i can. i also started making a 3 inch crossover to compensate for the heat so thats one of my efforts to try and cool it down when i put the fuel screw in.
