There's also one on the same Gov't auction site(search GAO auctions) located in southern MO, Lebanon I think with 81k. Due to location, there shouldn't be as much rust because they wouldn't tend to need/use as much road salt. plus it is an ex Forestry Dept 'Wildfire Strike Team' truck, so maybe that would help too(vs say a Hwy Dept truck). It doesn't appear at all rusty in the 2 pics. But I think it's 2wd though(sorry, just remembered that...). The good part is the high bid was only like $401 yesterday!

Attempted link: http://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/auctsctrl then scroll down to the 'Trucks, tractors, ground effects(??) link, then enter 'dodge' in the search box.

The one in UT and the one in MO are there. Good luck, if you bid/buy the one in MO, my buddy and I could bring it down to ya! Heck, for that matter, we could go get one anywhere for you I suppose. We ain't doing anything else anyways and always looking to go go go!!

If you have a Air force base close by thats where you might find one keep watching the gov site that sells the trucks .but be prepared to pay some good money .they usually don't go cheap I have seen a 4x4 crewcab that was really rough go close to 4 grand . but either way good luck in your search.

^^^ what he said. One on a base about 90 miles from me went for $3500. Decent body, cracked block, trashed interior. I ended up trading my early 91 D350 for my crew. It's got some rust, but the cummins/nv4500 were already swapped in.

The deals are out there...just have to be patient. I picked up a 66k mile '85 4x4 Crew out of Oklahoma for $650 off the .gov auction site about a year ago or so. Drove it home (only about 150 miles though!)
